Description
Dream interpretation has long been a human obsession, with countless books promising to decode the mind's cryptic messages. Yet Somnium stands apart—not just another volume of dream symbols and their meanings, but a living gateway into the deepest territories of consciousness.
Within its pages lie three extraordinary rituals that transform dream exploration from passive interpretation to active revelation. The first is a guided meditation that rescues forgotten dreams from the fog of memory, allowing participants to recall narratives they thought were lost forever. Memories emerge like phantoms, allowing you to provide dream readings for anybody, even those who can’t recall a dream.
The second ritual offers clarity, distilling the essence of a half-remembered dream and bringing its core meaning into sharp focus. Where other books merely guess, Somnium provides a systematic approach to understanding the intricate language of their dream.
But the third ritual is Somnium's true marvel: a method that allows the performer to enter a participant's dream realm—even when nothing has been spoken, written, or shared. Once inside this intimate mental landscape, you can describe the dream’s essence with impossible precision, then help the participant make sense of its deepest meanings, ultimately bringing closure to experiences that have long haunted the edges of memory.
This is more than interpretation—it is a journey of the soul. Somnium breaks through the barriers of conscious understanding, revealing the raw, unfiltered truths that live in the deepest chambers of human experience.
As new volumes of the Enigma Collection emerge, Somnium will evolve, unlocking new depths of dream exploration. New releases will activate latent powers within these pages, expanding your ability to navigate and illuminate the mysterious realm of dreams.
Somnium, at present, connects with Volume 1: Fortuna to create an all-new effect. It does however, also stand alone.
Included in the manual are complete, word-for-word script examples that enable you to interpret dreams with remarkable accuracy - no prior knowledge of dream symbolism required. These examples show you how to both analyze individual symbols and weave them together into powerful, cohesive messages. Most importantly, you can begin giving readings immediately - even to those who claim they never remember their dreams, as the book contains a ritual for recovering forgotten dreams.
You'll learn how to transform dream symbols and emotions into meaningful narratives that bring insight and closure to experiences that linger in your participant's mind. The method adapts naturally to any dream shared, creating unique and personal revelations.
The volumes are crafted at 4.5 x 7.5 inches with approximately 100 pages - an intentionally chosen size that sits between pocket and standard formats, making them both impressive and practical for real-world use.

The Central Effect, as Extracted from the Manual
The fortune teller draws forth an old book, bound in blue cloth and stamped with a moon and stars. "Dreams," he says, "aren't what most people think they are."
His hand rests on the cover. "Like any book about dreams, this one contains meanings. Symbols. What water represents, what falling means, why we dream of flying. But that's just the surface."
He opens it briefly, letting his participant glimpse the many meanings and rituals filling its pages, before closing it again. "The person who wrote this... they discovered something. Something about consciousness. About pathways that shouldn't exist."
He opens the book with deliberate care. "Within these pages are three rituals. The first lets you recall dreams that have slipped away, memories of sleep that vanished upon waking. The second brings clarity to dreams that haunt us. And the third..." He pauses. “The third allows you to walk in the dreams of others, to see through their sleeping eyes.”
His fingers move across the page. "You have a dream that haunts you, don't you? One that's stayed with you. One that needs to be understood."
She nods.
As he begins reading about the ritual, his voice grows more intent. "What you're about to do... you're not just reading instructions. You're opening pathways that were discovered centuries ago, when someone started noticing patterns in how dreams reveal their meanings."
When she reaches the list of essences, he speaks quietly. "Find the one that matches your dream's energy. Don't tell me which. Just hold it in your mind. Let it guide you through what comes next."
He sits back, watching as she reads. "Each element will speak to your dream differently. Some will resonate deeply. Others will pass quietly. When one calls to you, close your eyes. Let yourself feel what it's showing you."
As she moves through the ritual, his manner changes subtly. The silence deepens between them as she turns each page, moving through Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Spirit.
When she reaches the final page, his voice drops. "The ritual is complete.”
He meets her eyes. "Over the next few days, clarity will come. Sometimes as a sudden realization. Sometimes in another dream that illuminates the first. Sometimes in patterns you begin to notice, connections that were invisible before."
A moment passes.
"There is... something else we could try. The third ritual. The one that lets me walk in your dream realm."
He opens to a new section. "Read this first. The ritual mentions it's not to be taken lightly - each time it's performed, the connection grows stronger. But if you're willing..."
After he reads the guided meditation.
"Now that you understand what's involved... shall we try?"
After she agrees.
"Place your hands on the book - it becomes the bridge between our minds, the doorway through which your dream will flow."
Once they're both holding the book.
"Close your eyes. Let everything else fade away. Bring your dream back into your mind, every detail, every sensation. Let it become as real as the moment you first dreamed it..."
His breathing slows, becoming deeper.
"I can feel something forming... a connection starting to build..."
His free hand suddenly moves to his chest, his expression changing. "Oh... that's... my heart just started racing. Sometimes when the connection forms, there's excitement, but this..."
His brow furrows, concentration deepening.
"This dream... first, tell me - was it about you, or someone else?"
After she confirms it's about her.
"No, this isn't excitement I'm feeling," he says, his voice tightening. "This is... this is fear. Real fear. Not like the kind you get from nightmares about falling or being chased. This is... deeper. More primal."
His hand presses harder against his chest.
"The fear is so strong... and there's something else with it. A physical sensation. Something's wrong in the dream. Something with your body. This dream... it was about illness or injury, wasn't it? Something happening to you physically?"
After she confirms.
"Tell me what happened. What you saw. Every detail might matter - dreams like this, they come to us for a reason. Sometimes as warnings, sometimes as reflections of our deepest fears... but always with something we need to understand."
At this point, once the effect and any ensuing interactions fully settle, you can look up the meaning of their dream and any related symbols and bring closure to the experience using one of the many techniques from the example readings.
